Lincoln Community Foundation Scholarships - updated list
Deadline: March 15, 2024
Many scholarship opportunities are available through the Lincoln Community Foundation including the following for students from Gage, Lancaster, Jefferson, Saline, Johnson, or Pawnee counties in Nebraska:
- The Gabby Matthes Memorial Endowed Scholarship ($1,400 – 2 awards) - one to a Freeman High School senior or graduate and one to a graduating senior or former graduate from high schools in Gage, Lancaster, Jefferson, Saline, Johnson, or Pawnee Counties in Nebraska (excluding Lincoln Public Schools)
- The Telephone Pioneer Association & Museum Scholarship ($1,000, 4 year renewable – 4 awards) - awarded to graduating seniors or former graduates from high schools in specific Nebraska counties who’ve demonstrated academic success and financial need. (see attached document)
- The Thomas C. Woods, Jr. Scholarship ($1250, 4 year renewable – 2 awards) – awarded to graduating seniors or former graduates from high schools in specific Nebraska counties who’ve demonstrated academic success and financial need. Preference to dependents of former Aliant/Alltel employees. (see attached document)
