UTICA LODGE NO. 96, ANCIENT FREE AND ACCEPTED MASONS SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
All graduating seniors from Centennial Public School or Friend Public School planning on entering an accredited 2- or 4-year college, university, or trade school are eligible.
Two scholarships of $250 will be awarded—one student from Centennial and one from Friend.
Relationship to a Mason is not a requirement for application or selection. A selection will be made by the Scholarship Committee of Utica Lodge No. 96 based on scholarship, leadership, and personal character. Financial need is not a requirement for application or selection.
Payment will be made directly to the educational institution following receipt of proof of enrollment.
Please include the following with your completed application:
1. One letter of recommendation from your teachers, principal, or counselor
2. A brief, typewritten essay of approximately 150 words describing your qualifications for this award
