Citizens State Bank Scholarship
Deadline: April 1, 2023
Citizens State Bank will annually make available a total of two (2) $500 scholarships to two (2) separate graduating seniors. Two (2) separate alternates will be determined in the event either, or both, of the winners do not use the scholarship.
SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS:

Open to any graduating senior of Friend Public School.

Scholarship is good at any four-year degree granting college or university or at any two-year degree granting college with the exception of correspondence schools.

Must complete application form available at the school counselor’s office and return completed form by April 1st or earlier if needed to meet deadlines.

The selection of the winners and alternates will be made by members of the Friend School Foundation. Demonstrated scholastic achievement and financial need of the applicant’s family shall be among the factors taken into consideration by the panel.

Announcement of the winners and alternates will be made at a time when all scholarships awarded to the class are announced (as decided by the school counselor).

Scholarship funds will be made available directly to the Financial Aid Department of the post-secondary institution or directly to the recipient jointly with the institution.

This scholarship must be used within one (1) year of presentation.
The Citizens State Bank reserves the right to withdraw this scholarship at any time.
