Kindergarten Teacher

I have been teaching Kindergarten for twelve years.  This is currently my eighth year at Friend Public School.  Prior to teaching at Friend, I taught Kindergarten at Crete Public School for four years.

I have my Bachelors Degree in Elementary and Special Education K-6 from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  I also have my Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an Endorsement in Early Childhood from Doane College.

I was born and raised in Geneva, Nebraska.  My husband, Tyler, owns Brandt Carpet and Tile here in Friend.  We are blessed to have two wonderful children Tommy (3) and Mia (2).  Tommy is in three year old preschool this year and Mia attends daycare.  We live in Friend and love this wonderful community!  We love spending time as family of four!  Some of my hobbies include: working out, reading, shopping, being outdoors, spending time with my family, and traveling.  

I absolutely love teaching Kindergarten and being a part of the Friend Public School community!
